Katherine Newton (*1987) works in a number of different disciplines. The themes of her work and projects include installation art, video art, music, architecture and illustrations. The compositions and processes are multidisciplinary.
In 2013, she completed her Master of Arts at the University of Art and Design in Basel, after accomplishing a Bachelor‘s degree in interior architecture in 2011.
Among other things, she developed installations for the Paris Fashion Week (FRA) in 2013, designed an adventure trail in Glarus (CH) in collaboration with Switzerland Tourism in 2015 and won her first artist residency with three other artists in 2017.
